These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of grshravan.com (the "Site"), operated by G R Shravan. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

The Site provides a professional portfolio, résumé, blog, free downloadable resources (templates, guides, ebooks), information about personal SaaS projects, and service offerings (coaching, consulting, business analysis services). You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes.

Unless otherwise noted, all content on this Site — including text, design, graphics, the résumé, blog posts, and free templates/guides — is owned by G R Shravan. Free templates and guides are provided for your personal or professional use; you may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of them without permission.

The SaaS projects described on this Site (ClinicFlow, CargoFlow, and others) are personal, MVP-stage hobby projects and are shown for portfolio purposes.

3. Free resources (templates, guides, ebooks)

Free resources are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. They're intended as general-purpose starting points, not professional advice tailored to your specific situation. Providing your name and email to download a resource means that information is collected per the Privacy Policy — see that document for details.

4. Access-request content

Some sections of this Site (e.g. detailed Professional Experience, Achievements, Education, direct contact details) are private by default and shared only after a manual access request and approval, as described on the Site. Approval is at my sole discretion. Access credentials (the shared password) are personal to the approved recipient and should not be shared further.

5. Services and future paid offerings

Where the Site describes coaching, consulting, or other professional services, any actual engagement, scope, pricing, and terms will be agreed separately (e.g. via direct communication or a signed agreement) before any payment is made. Payments, when applicable, will be processed via Razorpay under its own terms.
